Can I cancel my booking? +

You can cancel for free at any time before dropping off your luggage. Cancellations are not possible after the luggage has been checked in.

What if my luggage is lost or damaged? +

For loss or damage during Wehome Keep use, we compensate up to 300,000원 per item. Please contact customer support (ChannelTalk) immediately if an issue occurs.

How is this different from a coin locker? +

Coin lockers require you to find an empty slot on the spot, while Wehome Keep lets you book online in advance. You can also store multiple items of any size, and use just one QR code for easy access.
