Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the rights, obligations, and operational standards for partners ("Partner") who provide luggage storage space on the Wehome Keep service ("Service") operated by Kozaza Inc. ("Company").
Article 2 (Eligibility & Registration)
Businesses meeting the following criteria may apply to become a partner.
Offline business with a valid Korean business registration number
Physical lockable space available to store luggage
Ability to process QR check-in and check-out via smartphone app
Article 3 (Service Provision)
After approval, partners provide the luggage storage service according to the following.
Accept luggage during registered business hours and process QR check-in
Verify the customer's QR code at pick-up and process check-out
Store luggage in a dedicated space and take precautions against theft or loss
Notify customers at least 24 hours in advance of any schedule changes or temporary closures
Refusing a confirmed check-in without valid reason, or disposing of stored luggage without authorisation, may result in immediate suspension.
Article 3-2 (Regulations on Stored Items)
The following items can be stored through the Wehome Keep service.
Standard travel suitcases (small, medium, large)
General bags such as backpacks, shopping bags, and crossbody bags
Strollers and common personal belongings
Items registered by the partner in advance as acceptable, such as sports equipment
Storage of the following items is restricted or prohibited.
High-value valuables such as cash, securities, jewelry, and expensive luxury goods
Hazardous materials such as explosives, flammable substances, toxic substances, and radioactive materials
Live animals or animal remains
Food, items requiring refrigeration or freezing
Items that may cause odors or contamination
Illegal items prohibited from possession or transport by law, and other items deemed inappropriate by the partner
Partners may refuse a user's storage request if there are safety or operational concerns. Users are responsible for any damages resulting from the storage of prohibited items.
Article 4 (Fees & Payouts)
The fee and payout structure is as follows.

Payouts are made by the 10th of the following month for the previous month's revenue.
Cancelled or refunded bookings are excluded from payouts.
Compensation costs for partner-attributable loss/damage may be deducted from payouts.
The fee rate may be adjusted depending on early service operations, region, season, or promotional circumstances, and any changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
Article 5 (Partner Obligations)
Partners must fulfil the following obligations during service operations.
Do not refuse to accept confirmed customers' luggage without valid reason.
Store luggage securely and prevent unauthorised access.
Keep storage areas clean and minimise risks of pests, moisture, and fire.
Do not open, photograph, or use customers' luggage.
If same-day operations are not possible, notify customers immediately via the app and contact customer support.
Cooperate with quality inspections and safety training requested by the Company.
Article 6 (Liability for Loss & Damage)
Partners bear the following responsibilities for loss or damage occurring during storage.
Partners are primarily liable for loss or damage occurring between QR check-in and QR check-out.
When a customer reports loss or damage before business hours end, the Company will conduct an investigation.
If the partner is found responsible, compensation (up to 300,000원/item) will be deducted from their payout.
Cash, jewellery, medicine, and other high-value items are excluded from compensation.
Partner liability may be waived in cases of force majeure.
Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)
Partners must not engage in the following.
Soliciting customers to book or pay outside the platform
Collecting, storing, or leaking customer personal information
Using the Wehome Keep brand or logo without authorisation
Registering false operational information (location, hours, capacity)
Discriminating against customers or refusing service without valid reason
Article 8 (Termination & Suspension)
The Company may suspend or terminate a partner without prior notice for the following reasons.

Article 9 (Data Protection)
Partners must strictly protect customer information accessed during operations.
Customer information (name, booking details, etc.) may only be used for the purpose of accepting and returning luggage.
Booking information displayed in the partner app must not be disclosed outside of the partner's device.
Article 10 (Governing Law & Disputes)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes between the Partner and the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court. Both parties agree to seek amicable resolution through mutual discussion first.
